Hey Corinne!
I am also DIY-ing up my victorian tea party themed wedding reception. My mom got this book at the library that teaches you how to make the most beautiful textural paper flowers out of paper punches. We're experimenting by using watercolor paper and watercolors right now. It's called "Paper Bouquet" (if you follow this LINK you can get see it on google books).
