Sooo... I made these yummy lentil sprout quesadillas from a recipe in a magazine... they're vegetarian. they'd prolly taste pretty good with some vegan cheese instead of the regular though. the suggestion was to serve with salsa, but i didn't have any so i served it with some 3 bean veg chili i made last weekend...
i sprouted waaaay too many lentils.... i think i'm gonna cook 'em and use em anyway. i was planning to make gardenofyesterday's lentil burgers this weekend...
