My favorite chocolate pie/brownie and it's super yummy and easy!
The Recipe:1 and a half cup (225g) flour
1 cup (200g) sugar
0.5 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
0.25 cup (45g) cacao powder
6 tablespoons oil (I used sunflower oil)
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 cup water
(I also add a couple drops of lemon juice)
1. Preheat oven to 150 C.
2. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.
3. Add oil, vinegar and water and mix thoroughly.
4. line your baking tray with baking paper and pour the mixture into the tray.
5. Bake for 30 minutes. Let it cool, sprinkle some powdered sugar on top and enjoy!
