Kevin Kolb is still dealing with concussion symptoms.
The quarterback Kevin Kolb's first season in Arizona ended three weeks ago, although no one knew it at the time. Which has not played since he took a knee to the head on Arizona's third offensive play against the [b]on Dec . 11. Kolb missed four games earlier in the season with a right turf-toe injury.
Kolb is due a $7 million roster bonus in March, but he's not going anywhere. The Cardinals gave up Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie plus a 2012 second-round pick to get Kolb, and then handed him a five-year contract worth up to $63 million. They'll at least give him one more year. If the Cards decide to move on after the 2012 season, they could save $41 million of that contract.
He would not rule out returning for the season finale, rather than just calling it quits and regrouping for work in the offseason.
