I'll try my best XD It's ironic because I like people!
I'm fine here--Nagano prefecture gets some aftershocks and we're technically in one of the "don't travel here unless necessary" prefectures as well but we're at least 150km away from the plant and radiation probably won't be a problem here. The only damage I've received from the earthquake and tsunami are a slight paranoia that I am always feeling earthquakes and I've put some weight on because I eat when I'm nervous :p Also tuna and yogurt are missing from my grocery stores so I am pining without my afternoon protein snacks.
The real suffering is in the prefectures north and east of me so please keep them in your thoughts and help out if you feel a calling to do so
